Eating just enough food will also help you in fast and easy way to lose weight. But how do you know how much is enough? You can experiment with this. If you have been consuming four slices of bread for breakfast, better cut that down to two. You can also measure your food like only a cup of carb and some tablespoons of fat, protein, and lots of vegetables and fruits.

Eat only half of how much you used to eat. You can always eat more if you feel hungry. But make sure that you will snack on healthy foods. So it will be wise to never ever keep unhealthy snacks, just the healthy ones.

Drink lots and lots of water, too. This is very important in losing weight fast and easy. Drink water when you wake up, before the meal, and after the meal. Some people also suggest to drink water while eating. Drinking will make you feel fuller so you will eat a lot lesser than the usual. Water also helps distribute nutrients throughout the body and keep your skin glowing all day.
